What can I return?

Decisions take time – we understand that. So we’re happy to accept returns if our products didn’t meet your expectations. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

How to start a return?

If you’re not satisfied with the products you received, please send an email to customer.support@chiliandberry.com and ask for a return. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. If your mind has been changed, please place another order and return the one you originally got.
